Created in 2014, from the union of two friends, civil engineers who worked in large national companies in the civil construction segment, Rapport aims to provide people (customers) with what they saw as the great need when it comes to building or renovating: It is not enough just technical, it is necessary organization, quality in services, responsibility, agility in services and, above all, being attuned to the customers' desire, creating a connection where each desire is the building block of a unique history./ Rapport is a word of French origin, which despite not having an exact translation into Portuguese, means relationship, empathy! Within psychology, Rapport is a concept used to build rapport, trust and empathy with the other person. / As our mission is to fulfill customers' dreams, solve their problems and needs, through a relationship of harmony, trust, tranquility, empathy, we think of a name that reminds us of our mission every day!
